We use only the highest-quality fresh milk from local British farms, pairing it with absolute excellence sourced directly from Italy: from the Tonda Gentile Hazelnut from Langhe (Piedmont) to authentic Sicilian Pistachio, roasted to perfection to bring out every rich, aromatic note.
